All quotations shared by our team are valid only for the duration mentioned in the document. Prices may vary based on changes in component costs, site conditions, design revisions, or statutory regulations. Taxes, duties, and government charges applicable to your project must be borne by the client.
Work will commence only after receiving the required advance payment. Remaining payments must follow the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may lead to work suspension or additional charges. Payments made towards material procurement or labour are generally non-refundable unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
All installation timelines provided by us are estimates. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, site restrictions, or delays from external agencies such as DISCOM. While we make every effort to complete projects on time, we cannot guarantee exact deadlines.
Clients must provide accurate information during the survey, ensure free access to the installation area, and obtain necessary permissions from building societies or authorities. The client is responsible for confirming roof or structural strength for solar installation. Incomplete or incorrect information may impact system performance or timelines.
Solar panels, inverters, structures, and accessories carry manufacturer warranties as per their respective terms. Shree Solar & Services provides workmanship warranty only for the installation. Any warranty claim on components will follow the manufacturer's process and timelines.
We assist clients with net-metering applications and required documentation on a best-effort basis. However, approval timelines, inspection schedules, and final decisions are controlled by government authorities and DISCOM, and we do not guarantee approval outcomes.
